Hospice of Charleston Foundation
The Purpose of the Foundation- To expand charitable hospice works to all patients in the tri-county (Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester) area
- To ensure everyone in tri-county area is aware of and has access to hospice care including under-insured and others with barriers to care
- To educate the community on the hospice philosophy of care through speaker’s bureau and educational seminars
- To advocate for quality hospice care
- To provide non-duplicate bereavement services to the community
